About these terms
These terms of use apply from 22 Sep 2026 to everyone who visits aipartnerguides.com. They explain what the site offers, what it does not, and the few rules that apply to using it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; nothing else is required of you.
The site is operated by Chris Furrey, a sole proprietor, at 4590 W Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage, AK 99503, USA ("the operator", "I", "me"). You can reach the operator at [email protected]. The legal notice has the operator's full details, and the privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
These terms are written in plain language on purpose. Where a sentence sounds like common sense, that is intended: most of the rules below are simply how a small, honest review site works. If anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it; a plain answer by email is better than a guess about what a clause means, and unclear wording will be fixed for everyone.
What the site is
AI Partner Guides publishes information and opinion about AI companion apps: their prices, free tiers, content policies, billing terms, privacy terms and practical catches. It is a free-to-read website. There are no accounts, no comments, no forums, no paywall and no checkout.
The site does not sell subscriptions, coins, tokens or any other product, and you cannot enter into a purchase with the operator through it.
Facts about each app are kept in a dated record and printed from it. Every review rests on the author's own use of the app between 2023 and 2026, printed on the page as a dated log, and on a re-check of the app's current prices, plans, terms and screens on 23-24 September 2026. 73 reviews carry the label "Hands-on test, paid plan", 17 carry "Hands-on test, free tier", and one carries "Desk review - not paid for yet". The editorial policy explains how facts are gathered, labelled and corrected.
Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information for adults and the author's opinion based on that information. It is not financial, legal, medical, psychological or relationship advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. AI companion apps are not a substitute for professional help. If you are struggling, please talk to someone qualified or to people you trust.
Verdicts, rankings and recommendations are opinions. They are written in good faith from the author's own use of the apps and the facts in the record, and the same goes for scores, but other people may reasonably reach different conclusions. You decide whether an app suits you, and you are responsible for that decision.
A page that ranks an app first is saying it fits that page's topic best on the facts available, not that it is right for every reader.
Prices, plans and deals
Prices and plans are set by the apps, and they change often. Each price on the site shows the date it was checked, and prices older than thirty days are not shown. Even so, an app may change its prices between checks, show different prices in different countries or on different devices, add taxes, or offer your account a different deal.
The price you see at the app's checkout is the one that applies. Please check it before you pay, and read what the plan includes, whether it renews automatically and how to cancel it. A yearly plan is usually charged in one payment, even when a page shows its monthly equivalent next to it.
Discounts and coupon codes are shown only with the date they were seen. The app decides whether a code still works, who may use it and on what conditions. The operator cannot guarantee that a code will work for you, and cannot give you a discount if it does not.
Worked examples on the site, such as estimates of what a month of use might cost, are illustrations based on the published prices at the time of the check. Your own cost depends on how you use the app, and apps that sell coins or tokens can cost much more than their base plan if you use images, voice or video heavily.
Free tiers deserve a special word. Apps describe their free allowances in different units, change them without notice and sometimes treat new accounts differently from old ones. When the site describes a free tier, it describes what was published or seen on the date shown. It cannot promise that your account will receive the same allowance.
Affiliate links
Some links on the site are affiliate links. A commission may be paid to the operator by the app when a visitor who followed such a link signs up or buys. You never pay more because of it, and some partners give a lower price through these links.
Using an affiliate link is always optional: you can reach any app by typing its address yourself. The affiliate disclosure explains how affiliate links work on the site and what they can and cannot influence.
Apps and other websites
When you sign up for or pay for an app, you enter into an agreement with that app's operator, or with the app store you use, under their terms. The operator of AI Partner Guides is not a party to that agreement. Questions about your account, billing, renewals, refunds, cancellations, content rules and the handling of your chats belong with the app or the app store.
Reviews on this site list what is known about an app's cancel steps and refund terms, but the app's own terms always decide.
The site links to apps' websites, help pages, terms, privacy policies and app store listings. These websites are run by others. The operator does not control them and is not responsible for their content, their availability, their security or their handling of your data.
A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site, and the fact that an app is reviewed here does not mean the operator vouches for how that app treats its users or their data. If a link is broken or leads somewhere unexpected, please report it.
Adults only
AI Partner Guides covers apps that may allow adult roleplay, so it is meant for grown-up readers only. By using the site you confirm that you are an adult where you live. The site itself shows no explicit content and no images of people from these apps, but many of the apps it describes require their users to be adults and have their own age checks.
Do not try to get around those checks. What the site does and does not describe is set out in the content notice.
How you may use the content
You are welcome to read, print and save pages for your own use. You may quote short passages, for example in a review, a forum post or an article, as long as you name AI Partner Guides and link to the page you quote. Facts such as the price of a plan belong to no one and you may use them freely; if you took them from here, a link back is appreciated.
You may not copy whole pages or large parts of the site, republish them elsewhere, present them as your own, or use them to build a competing site. You may not scrape the site in bulk, use automated tools that put a heavy load on it, or use its content to train or feed a commercial dataset or AI model without the operator's written permission. You may not try to break into, disrupt or misuse the site or the server it runs on.
The text, the structure of the pages and the design of the site are protected by copyright and belong to the operator, except where stated otherwise. App names, logos and product names are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the products discussed. Screenshots of app interfaces and pricing screens are used to illustrate factual statements about those products.
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, please write to [email protected] with the page address, a description of the material and the basis of your claim. Every such notice is looked at quickly, and anything that does infringe your rights is taken down.
The newsletter
A weekly price-and-deal email is planned, and a box for it appears on some pages. It is not open yet, and the box sends nothing. When it opens, the newsletter will be free, optional and easy to leave, with an unsubscribe link in every issue. The privacy policy will describe it in full before the first address is collected.
No warranty
The operator takes care to keep the site accurate and current and corrects mistakes openly on the corrections page. Even so, the site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The operator does not promise that every fact is complete, correct and current at every moment, that every app will behave as described, or that the site will always be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including purchases you make from third-party apps, charges you incur, or data you share with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the site changes, for example when the newsletter opens or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes are also noted on the corrections page. The version in force when you use the site is the one that applies to that use.
Fair use of the reviews by companies
App operators are welcome to link to their review on this site. They may not suggest that AI Partner Guides endorses their product, quote a verdict out of context so that it says something the page does not, or reproduce the site's logo or design in their own advertising. A company that believes a review is wrong should ask for a correction rather than quoting around it; corrections are made openly and dated.
If something on the site looks wrong, whether a price, a link, a label or a sentence, please report it. Reports are how a one-person site stays accurate. There is no penalty for a report that turns out to be mistaken, and there is no need to be certain before writing; a question is enough.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you have a complaint about the site, please write to the operator first; most issues can be solved with a single reply. If a dispute cannot be solved that way, the courts that have jurisdiction under that law will decide, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. If the operator does not enforce a rule on one occasion, that does not mean it is waived. These terms are written in English; if a translation is ever published, the English version prevails where the two differ.
