The site is operated by Chris Furrey, a sole proprietor, at 4590 W Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage, AK 99503, USA. He is the controller of any personal data the site processes. Questions and requests about your data can be sent to [email protected] or by post to the same address. The legal notice has the operator's full details.

The only personal data that normally reaches the site is the technical data any web server needs to deliver a page to your browser, and anything you choose to send by email.

When you follow a link to an app, you leave this site. From that moment the app's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

The site is delivered by a hosting provider acting on the operator's behalf. The provider processes this technical data only to deliver and protect the site. Server logs are not combined with other data, are not used to build profiles of visitors and are not sold or shared for marketing.

They are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted in line with the provider's retention settings. The operator does not download them, search them for individual visitors or keep copies of them. If the hosting provider or its log retention changes in a way that matters to you, this policy will be updated.

The legal basis for this processing is the operator's legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where the GDPR applies).

On phones, a small offer bar can appear at the bottom of the screen. If you close it, the site stores a single flag in your browser's session storage so that the bar stays closed while you keep reading. That flag contains no personal data, never leaves your device and is deleted by your browser when you close the tab or window. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

A few pages use small scripts, for example to fold long lists, to highlight the section you are reading or to run a quiz that suggests apps from your answers. These scripts are served from this site's own domain. They do not send your answers or anything else to a server; a quiz result is worked out in your browser and forgotten when you leave the page.

It does not know your name unless you sign an email with it. It does not read your contacts, your location beyond the rough region an IP address implies, or anything else on your device.

If you only read pages and never write in, the site knows nothing about you beyond the short-lived server logs described above, and those are not used to identify anyone.

Collecting little is a choice, not an accident. A site about AI companions is read by people who would rather their interest stayed private, and the simplest way to respect that is not to gather data in the first place. Data that is never collected cannot leak, cannot be sold and cannot be demanded by anyone. It also keeps this policy short enough to read, which is its own small kindness.

As for security, pages are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you read travels between the server and your browser in a form others on the network cannot read. Because the site is static, there is no database of visitors to break into and no login to steal. Messages you send by email are kept only in the operator's own mailbox and are not copied into any other system.

No system is perfectly secure, and if a security incident ever affects personal data, you will be told what happened and what was done, as the law requires.

When you click any link to an app, your browser connects to the app's servers and you are subject to its privacy policy. The app may set cookies, record the affiliate tag, log your visit and, if you sign up, collect your email address, payment details and chat content. The operator of this site does not receive that data.

At most, an affiliate programme reports to the site that a visit or a sale was credited, without telling the site who you are.

Each review on this site summarises what the app's own privacy policy says about storing chats, training models on them and deleting your data, with the date the policy was checked. Those summaries are a starting point, not a substitute for reading the app's policy before you share anything personal. Chats with an AI companion can be very personal, and it is worth knowing where they are stored before the first one.

The site does not sell anything and never handles payments. If you buy a plan from an app, your payment goes to that app or to the app store you use, through their payment providers and under their terms. The operator of this site never sees your card details, your balance or your purchase history.

Please do not send more personal data than a message needs. If you send a screenshot of a bank statement to show how a charge appears, crop it to the merchant line and amount first.

To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You will not be asked for more information than is needed to find the data and to be reasonably sure the request comes from you. Because the site holds so little, the honest answer to many requests will be that it holds nothing about you beyond short-lived server logs, and you will be told that plainly.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live. You do not need to give a reason for a request, and making one will never affect how the site treats you or what it shows you; there is nothing to change, because the site shows every visitor the same pages.
